Busumbala Nursery School Update – July 2021
Fast approaching the end of term at Building Futures in The Gambia’s newly opened nursery school in The Gambia, West Africa.
These videos from Uncle Lamin Barrow show the children relaxing outside the school. There’s a little bit of athletics plus a hint of future football stars for The Gambia national team. You can also see little Ebrima riding his new bike which was provided by the Gambia Caring For Mobility charity.
Teacher Omar Drammeh tells us that we continue to have parents asking for places at our new school. Our first two classrooms are full and our third classroom is nowhere near completion. We can’t take any more children at the moment.
Please consider donating. Help us give our children an education and a better chance at creating a good and positive life for them and their families. This isn’t just about supporting Gambian children and families now, it’s also looking to improving their future prospects.
